Welcome to my monthly Top Shelf roundup—where I share the things I’ve been reaching for on my “top shelf” all month long. From game-changing reads to everyday luxuries, here’s what’s been making my February extra special.
The 12 Week Year - This book has completely transformed how I approach goal-setting. If you’re a fan of Atomic Habits, you’ll love how The 12 Week Year provides actionable and prescriptive strategies to accomplish your goals with real momentum. It’s still early in the year, and trust me—it’s never too late to start planning for the future.
Bag Charms Anything! - I love an unconventional pairing of bag charms and how they add a unique touch to any bag. They’re such a fun way to showcase personal style. Over the holidays, I was all about using Christmas ornaments, and now I’m obsessed with mini perfume keychains like the Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum Twist Spray. The pearl chain and gold-framed case give it such an elevated posh look—especially paired with my Labubu doll.
The Power of a Red Dress - Every capsule wardrobe needs a Little Black Dress, but a red dress is just as essential. This season, I’ve been drawn to deep red tones, and the SNDY Cantarios Dress has been a total showstopper. It’s classic, flattering, and always makes a statement
Long Fur Coats - I have been wearing faux fur coats all season long and the one that I keep reaching for is the Bernardo Salt Faux Fur Coat. I love its chic silhouette, the luxurious velvety silver color, and the extra warmth it provides against the city winds.
Bifesta Micellar Cleansing Sheets - I’m never going back to regular makeup wipes after stocking up on these during my trip to Korea—absolute game changer for my skin! Unlike most wipes, they don’t dry out my skin, and they remove every trace of makeup in just one swipe. Since switching to these, I’ve noticed a visible improvement in my skin texture.
Hot Yoga Glow - Not a tangible item, but definitely a favorite. I’ve been incorporating hot yoga into my routine 1-2 times a week, and it’s been another game changer—for both my skin and my mindset. My eczema flare-ups have calmed significantly, and I love how the classes balance intensity with mindfulness.
No-Vase Floral Arrangement - There’s something so effortlessly elegant about sculptural floral arrangements. Instead of the traditional vase setup, I’ve been loving free-form, organic floral styling that adds volume and texture to any space. I even created my first arrangement for Galentine’s!
Short press on nails - Short nails deserve love too! I’ve been rotating through different sets from Emily’s Nail. The quality is incredible. They look just like real acrylics but are way easier to manage.
Kinn Jewelry - I’ve been a longtime fan of this jewelry brand—their timeless gold pieces are designed with such intentionality. From birthstones to anniversary milestone pendants, their jewelry feels personal and meaningful. I can’t wait to receive my customized bracelet.
Planners for Neurodivergent Thinkers - This planner has been a lifesaver. It aligns perfectly with The 12 Week Year methodology, helping me structure my goals in a way that actually works for my brain. I love that it provides space to brain dump, shift priorities to the next week as needed, and reflect weekly—all crucial for staying on track and learning how to improve and move forward. While I still use Google Calendar for scheduling, there’s something about physically writing things down that makes everything feel more tangible.
This month’s favorites were all about enhancing daily life with intention and efficiency—whether through tools for planning or practices that improve well-being—while also embracing self-expression and timeless style (hello, bag charms and milestone jewelry!). February was about curating the little things that bring both beauty and purpose into my life, and I’m carrying that energy into the months ahead.
